Returns and Size Exchanges Modeka
At Modeka we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we explain how to handle a return or size exchange.

Contact the store
Returns are handled through the dealer where you made your purchase. Contact them within a maximum of 14 days.

Keep it in original condition
The product must be unused, with all tags and in its original packaging for the return to be accepted.

Return or exchange
The dealer will handle the size or model exchange, or the refund, according to their commercial policy.

Modeka warranty
Remember that all Modeka products come with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Questions about returns
How long do I have to return a product?
The standard period is 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in perfect condition and unused. Check with your dealer, as each store may have specific conditions.
Can I exchange the size at no extra cost?
Size exchanges subject to stock availability are generally free. If the desired size requires a special order, handling fees may apply depending on the dealer.
What happens if the product has a manufacturing defect?
Manufacturing defects are covered by the 24-month Modeka warranty. In this case, the dealer will handle the replacement or repair at no cost to the customer.
Can I return a used product?
Used products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty. Protective motorcycle gear cannot be resold once it has been used.
